On the other hand, when the number of meshes is high and the mesh is fine, the resulting ice flower is delicate and the edge of the pattern text is clearly defined; however, for the high ice number and the low ice size, the effect of both is better. It is not comparable. The higher the number of screen meshes used in large ice sheets, the thinner the ink layer, the occurrence of ice discontinuity, and even can not cover the substrate; while the small ice ink in the large mesh, the ink layer is too thick, there will be difficult to dry and the edges are not Clear phenomenon. Therefore, we must choose the right screen for different requirements.

3 Stretch tension Select 12~20N/cm mesh according to the screen type and printing method.
